Well, that's a quite legitimate question, considering the fact that I am not a native speaker of English! You don't expect anyone to start an English blog unless they do have something to say in English; and "English" is the keyword.
Actually I have another blog in Farsi. In that one, I try to write about my life in the United States and what I find amazing in this country. Most of my readers live in Iran (This doesn't mean I have many of them though)! I believe my Farsi blog could provide a learning opportunity for them to know more about such a prominent culture, i.e. the US, while they are not able to enjoy the experience themselves.
You could expect the same analogy about my English blog. That I want to write about my own culture for an International audience and help them come to a better understanding of my country. Some would ridiculously think that I would like to "enlighten" you!
I'm not at that point to clearly express my intention for creating this English blog. I can't think of the matters that I could address in this blog. I am not very up-to-date about the latest developments in my country any longer, and that's a pity.
Who knows? Maybe this post is the first and the last one I will ever write in this blog. What I know is that I will not make this blog publicly known until I have a clear idea about why I may need an English blog. I don't have the time and motivation to update my Farsi blog on a daily basis. Let alone an English blog that I have no idea why I started it.
The bottom line is don't expect to read much on this blog. This blog may not be updated frequently until I know what this is for.
